Website with online booking for a massage therapist or clinic in Israel (2026)
A massage therapist or small clinic in Israel has three ways to take bookings online: an Israeli booking app, a website builder with a booking feature, or a professional page that is built for you and takes booking requests, such as WIPE Care. You can also combine two of them. Whichever you choose, two free things matter as much: a WhatsApp link with a ready message, and a complete Google Business Profile that points to your booking. Prices below are as each vendor listed them on 6 October 2026.
What a therapist's website needs
Before choosing a tool, know what the page has to answer for someone deciding whether to book:
- Each treatment in plain words: who it is for, what happens, how long it takes, and the price if you publish it.
- Your training, and whether a health fund or supplementary insurance reimburses, only where that is true.
- Where you work: a clinic address with a map, a room you rent, or the areas you travel to for home visits.
- One clear way to book: a booking page, booking requests or WhatsApp.
- Your hours and reviews from real clients.
- No medical promises: a page can say what you offer, but it should not diagnose or promise relief.
Option 1: an Israeli booking app
Booking apps are built around the diary: online booking, reminders, payments and receipts.
- Pink (pinkapp.co.il): an appointment app for beauty and treatment businesses, with a page for massage and spa centres. Automatic WhatsApp or SMS reminders, payment links, Bit, Apple Pay and Google Pay, receipts and invoices. ₪129 a month before VAT, or ₪229 with an AI agent on official WhatsApp; 14-day trial.
- quicktor (quicktor.co.il): one plan at ₪99 a month before VAT, with a 14-day trial and no setup fee. It includes a branded page where clients book around the clock, unlimited automatic WhatsApp reminders, deposits at booking, payment requests by WhatsApp, receipts, treatment packages and a waiting list. It is aimed at beauty businesses and clinics.
- Arbox (arbox.co.il): clinic software with a free plan for up to five appointments a week, with automatic reminders, a booking link and a client app. Paid plans start with Solo at ₪82 a month billed yearly, which adds unlimited appointments and WhatsApp automations; setting up a card terminal costs a one-off ₪399. Spa and massage, physiotherapists and chiropractors are among the clinics it lists.
- .lee (lee.co.il): a booking app where clients search businesses by town and service, massage and spa included. Businesses can join and start free.
- Calmark (calmark.co.il): describes itself as booking appointments from anywhere, at any time. Its pricing pages could not be read on 6 October 2026, so its price is not stated here.
What a booking page does not do
A booking page is built around time slots. If you also want a page that explains your treatments, your training and your area, and that Google can show when someone searches for a treatment in your town, link the booking app from a website, your Instagram bio and your Google profile.
Option 2: a website builder with booking
General builders can take bookings too, with more setup:
- Wix: Wix Bookings takes bookings on a paid plan; a free site can only display services. Wix answers in Hebrew from Sunday to Thursday, but its editor is not offered in Hebrew.
- WordPress.com: the Calendly block adds booking from the Premium plan, US$8 a month billed yearly. The dashboard can be set to Hebrew.
- Squarespace: booking runs through Acuity Scheduling, a separate subscription from US$16 a month billed yearly, and Squarespace has no built-in right-to-left text.
- Site123: its own appointment scheduler, with payments by PayPal and major cards.
- Google Sites: free, and you can embed a Google Calendar appointment schedule as a button or a full booking page; some scheduling features need a paid Google plan.
Option 3: WIPE Care
WIPE Care (care.iw.pe) builds a professional page for therapists and clinics from what they already have online: an Instagram profile, a Facebook page, a Google listing or an existing website. The first version is ready in minutes, in Hebrew and right to left, and you edit it from your phone by touching the text or asking its assistant.
The page explains each treatment and who it is for, and shows your training, reimbursement and home visits only when you stated them. Booking requests arrive by your real hours once you turn booking on; until then, its buttons open WhatsApp with a ready message, and if you already use a booking app, the booking button can open it instead. A chat assistant answers visitors from your page, never diagnoses, and tells anyone describing a warning sign, such as severe pain or pain after an accident, to see a doctor first.
Building is free. Publishing at yourname.iw.pe is ₪99 a month, the launch price of a ₪198 plan, locked while you stay subscribed. If no clients come in the first week, cancel within seven days of the first payment and it is refunded in full. Its limits: reminders are sent from the diary in one tap, not automatically; clients cannot pay on the page; and your own domain cannot be connected today.
WhatsApp: a link with a ready message
WhatsApp's click-to-chat link opens a chat with you from any site, bio or profile. The format is https://wa.me/ followed by your number in international format, without zeros, brackets or dashes, so an Israeli mobile number 05X-XXXXXXX becomes 9725XXXXXXXX. Adding ?text= and an encoded message pre-fills the message for the client, such as the treatment they want.
Your Google Business Profile
Adding or claiming a Business Profile costs nothing. Google says businesses with complete and accurate information are more likely to appear in local results, which it ranks mainly on relevance, distance and prominence. Reviews and links to your business count toward prominence, and a better ranking cannot be bought.
Under Bookings in your profile you can choose a provider available through Reserve with Google in your country, or add your own booking link, so clients can book straight from Search and Maps.
Questions
How can a massage therapist in Israel take bookings online?
Use an Israeli booking app such as Pink, quicktor, Arbox or Calmark; a website builder with booking, such as Wix Bookings on a paid plan, WordPress.com's Calendly block or Squarespace with Acuity; or a page that takes booking requests by your hours, such as WIPE Care.
Do I need a website if I already use a booking app?
Not to take bookings. A website adds what a booking page usually lacks: each treatment explained, your training, your area and your reviews, in a form Google can show for treatment and town searches. WIPE Care can point its booking button to the app you already use.
How much does online booking cost for a clinic in Israel?
As listed on 6 October 2026: quicktor ₪99 a month before VAT; Pink from ₪129 a month before VAT; Arbox free for up to five appointments a week, then from ₪82 a month billed yearly; Acuity Scheduling from US$16 a month billed yearly. WIPE Care includes booking requests in its ₪99 a month plan.
How do I add a WhatsApp button to my clinic's website?
Link a button to https://wa.me/ followed by your number in international format (9725XXXXXXXX for an Israeli mobile), and add ?text= with an encoded message to pre-fill it. WIPE Care adds the button, with a ready message, by itself.
Can clients book from my Google Business Profile?
Yes. In your Business Profile, under Bookings, choose a provider available through Reserve with Google in your country, or add your own booking link.
Does WIPE Care send appointment reminders?
Yes, from the diary in one tap, with the WhatsApp message already written. It does not send them automatically; booking apps such as Pink, quicktor and Arbox do.
